WOW! coaching operates a concept-based curriculum (CBC). Unlike the traditional coaching (eg, take this meal plan, eat this, don’t eat that), CBC coaching focuses on not just the goal but the processes, so the new wine is put in new wine-skins. This coaching style focuses on identity change and building new habits, so going back to old ways becomes impossible as it is now inconsistent with the new you.
Upon registration, we schedule a Pre-assessment call with CoachE’ where we determine the best course of action for you, and especially the first keystone habit to build or stop.
